Familial cutaneous leiomyomatosis in multiple generations with varied morphological presentations

Abstract: amenable to local anaesthesia, 1 we applied standard surgical excision (SSE) under general anaesthesia for all our patients as the average size of lesion in our study is 7.2 cm. Resecting of such a giant tumours with MMS may take entire day or longer, 1 so SSE under general anaesthesia is better option and it does not mean that this kind of tumours cannot be operated under local anaesthesia.
