Oyster mushroom is one of the favorite horticultural commodities consumed by Indonesian people. In the cultivation of oyster mushrooms, there are many obstacles faced by farmers, including the difficulty in maintaining the temperature and humidity of the kumbung room so that to maintain the stability of temperature and humidity, farmers must always check and do regular watering. With these problems, a temperature and humidity monitoring and control system is needed to maintain the stability of temperature and humidity in oyster mushroom cultivation by automatically watering and heating the room temperature of the kumbung. The design of the system was designed based on the results of interviews with oyster mushroom farmers regarding the constraints faced, then proceed with the design and manufacture of hardware and software for an IoTbased oyster mushroom kumbung watering and heating system. The result of this research is that the system can respond to changes in temperature and humidity conditions in the kumbung room by automatically watering and heating the kumbung room. To return to the setpoint temperature value (25 o C-28 o C), it is necessary to heat the kumbung room with an average duration of heating of 383 seconds, and to return to the setpoint humidity value (75%-90%), it is necessary to water the kumbung room with an average watering time of 115 seconds.

Partnerships in the value chain are critical to assisting businesses, increasing partner group resources, and expanding business scale to increase income and prosperity. The issue is that North Sulawesi’s coconut farmers have low bargaining positions and shared knowledge of market networks, making it easier for farmers to develop their farming activities, so cooperation or cooperation is required. This study aims to determine (1) the implementation of partnerships between the desiccated coconut industry and coconut farmers and (2) the pattern of partnerships between coconut farmers and the desiccated coconut industry. The stages of the research are as follows: (1) determining the location and research respondents, namely farmers and the desiccated coconut industry; and collecting data ( leaders and managers); (2) developing and testing research instruments, (3) data collection through simple random sampling methods (farmers), purposive sampling (company leaders and managers), and expert surveys; (4)data tabulation, (5) data analysis, namely AHP analysis. According to the study, the current partnership pattern between coconut farmers and desiccated coconut companies is KOA (Agribusiness Operational Cooperation). As a result, experts propose that a plasma nucleus pattern is the ideal partnership pattern for coconut farmers and desiccated coconut companies In North Sulawesi.

This study addresses the escalating competition in the mushroom seed market, particularly in East Java, where producers strive to bolster customer loyalty through product quality and after-sales service enhancements. Employing an explanatory research approach, 100 respondents were purposively sampled to assess the impact of product quality and after-sales service on customer loyalty for Nilam Jamur Jombang. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed through SPSS software. Results highlight a significant positive influence of both product quality and after-sales service on customer loyalty, emphasizing the potential for heightened loyalty with improved product quality and enhanced post-purchase support. This research contributes valuable insights for businesses seeking to thrive in a competitive market environment. Highlight: Intensifying Market Competition: This study delves into the mushroom seed market's intensifying competition, particularly in East Java, where producers strategically enhance customer loyalty through improvements in product quality and after-sales service.
