The textile and textile product (TPT) industry is a leading industry for national economic growth. The existence of its performance relies on various factors that turn out to be vulnerable to fluctuations, including the fulfillment of raw materials in the form of cotton fiber from import dominance. Therefore, disruption of the performance of the textile industry will also stimulate disruption to Indonesia's economic growth. This study aims to analyze the determinants of the development of textile industry performance. For this reason, a quantitative approach is used with econometric models prepared based on the Cobb-Douglas theory of production functions. The model construction uses secondary time series data for the period 1992-2021 sourced from the World Bank, Bank Indonesia, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The findings show that the terminology of the development of the performance of the Indonesian textile industry includes capital, labor absorption, world cotton fiber prices, inflation, textile exports, the Covid-19 pandemic, and the global food crisis in 2007/2008. Therefore, several policy recommendations were submitted to encourage more massive TPT machine restructuring programs, improve the skills of TPT human resources (HR), provide incentives for Local Ease of Export Destinations (KLTE), and re-intensify the #banggabuatanindonesia campaign.

This review describes the sustainable supply chain management of cocoa beans in Indonesia. Cocoa beans are produced in some areas in Indonesia such as Central Sulawesi Province, Southeast Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, Lampung and other provinces. Indonesian cocoa beans performing special characteristic that is having higher melting point therefore it does not easily melt in higher temperature. So, Indonesian cocoa are commonly used for blending materials. In order to support the strength value of Indonesian cocoa beans, the sustainable supply chain management should also be considered. The sustainable supply chain management of cocoa beans will support the management system prioritizing balance and sustainability so that the business system is maintained. In addition, this will support increased effectiveness, efficiency and competitiveness of Indonesian cocoa beans globally.

Ikan nila menjadi salah satu varietas ikan air tawar yang banyak digemari oleh rakyat Indonesia. Untuk memenuhi permintaan ikan nila perlu dilakukan peningkatan pada produksi ikan nila tak terkecuali pada sektor pembenihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh faktor-faktor produksi terhadap produksi benih ikan nila di Hatchery Nila Kekar, mengetahui elastisitas dan kondisi return to scale dan mengetahui efisiensi harga dalam penggunaan faktor-faktor produksinya. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 54 unit kolam pemijahan. Alat analisis yang digunakan ialah Metode Kuadrat Terkecil/OLS (Ordinary Least Square) menggunakan Fungsi Produksi Cobb-Douglas dan analisis nilai produk marjinal (NPM). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa faktor produksi luas kolam (X1), induk jantan (X2), induk betina (X3), dan berat total induk (X4) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi larva, sedangkan faktor produksi pakan (X5) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi larva. Perhitungan elastisitas produksi diperoleh hasil sebesar 1,326 (increasing return to scale) yang bermakna bahwa produksi masih mungkin ditingkatkan. Hasil analisis efisiensi harga mengindikasikan aplikasi faktor produksi masih belum optimal, sehingga perlu dilakukan peningkatan penggunaan pada faktor produksi luas kolam, induk jantan, dan pakan. Kata Kunci : produksi, pembenihan, optimalisasi, efisiensi harga, ikan nila OPTIMIZATION OF TILAPIA SEED CULTIVATION (Case Study: Hatchery Nila Kekar) ABSTRACT Tilapia is one type of freshwater fish that is widely consumed by the people of Indonesia. To meet the demand for tilapia, it is necessary to increase the production of tilapia, including in the hatchery sector. This study aims to identify the effect of production factors on the production of tilapia fry at the Hatchery Nila Kekar, determine the elasticity, and conditions of return to scale and determine the allocative efficiency in the use of production factors. The samples used in this study were 54 units of spawning ponds. The analytical tool used in this research is the Ordinary Least Square Method using the Cobb-Douglas Production Function and analysis of marginal product value (NPM). The results showed that the production factor of pond area (X1), male parent (X2), female parent (X3), and the total weight of broodstock (X4) had a significant effect on larval production, while feed production factor (X5) had no significant effect on larval production.
