Introduction: The prosperity of the country is represented by a healthy society. The existence of a demand for public health services is greatly influenced by quality and fair health providers, so that based on the aspect of being a health provider they are able to provide health services when there is an increase in demand from the community. Objective: The aim of this literature review is to determine the variables that influence demand for health services. The findings of this literature study are expected to be a starting point for future studies and to provide insight into health service quality management in various health service providers. Method: . This article was written using a literature review, namely an international literature search carried out using databases such as ScienceDirect and Proquest. Inclusion criteria include articles that discuss community demand for health services. Result: Article search results show that there are 7 (seven) related studies. Gender, place of residence, level of education, employment before retirement, age, health financing, technology, norms, values, and accessibility are several factors that influence people's demand for health services. This study reveals these factors. Additionally, this study emphasizes accessibility factors, which significantly influence the demand and allocation of health promotion services. This is because health services are considered emergency and require improvement in the available health centers. Conclusion: Based on the results of the review, it can be concluded that there are several factors that influence the creation of demand or demand for health services at the Community Health Center. Factors such as gender, place of residence, education level, employment before retirement, age, health financing, heat waves, technology, values and norms, and accessibility significantly influence the demand for and allocation of health promotion services.

Moreover, many people often experience toothache, but only a small percentage access dental and oral health services in the New Normal era. This is based on the results of preliminary research on 112 respondents. As many as 69.60% of respondents had dental and oral health problems, but only 31.30% accessed dental and oral health services during the adaptation period to new habits. This encouraged researchers to research Community Factor Analysis of Dental Health Service Reports in the new normal era. This research aims to determine the need and demand for dental and oral health services located in Surabaya in the era of Adaptation to New Habits. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research design. The research was conducted in Surabaya in January 2019. The sampling technique was non-random sampling. The population in the study was 3.095.026 residents of Surabaya City, so the sample for this study was 394 people. The data collection technique was carried out by filling out a questionnaire. The data obtained was then analyzed using univariate analysis using descriptive data tabulation. The research results show that the older the age, the higher the demand for dental health services (42.9%). In addition, women have higher demands than men (30.0%). Finally, negative perceptions of health greatly influence demands for dental care (63.6%). Based on the research results, respondents' use of dental and oral health services is still low, and their needs and demands still need to be met. It is recommended that oral health be promoted through social media and that this research be used to engage oral health services.</em></p><p><em> </em></p></td></tr></tbody></table></div><strong><em>Keywords: Need Dental, New Normal, Oral Health Services</em></strong>

Menurut (Nanda, 2021) Produk dan jasa yang dibeli seseorang dipengaruhi oleh pekerjaan atau posisinya, mereka yang memiliki pekerjaan bergaji rendah akan memilih layanan kesehatan yang paling sedikit, Di sisi lain orang-orang yang memiliki pekerjaan bergaji tinggi akan memilih tenaga medis profesional terbaik, bahkan terkadang bepergian ke luar negeri.Penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai OR sebesar 2,538 yang menunjukkan bahwa responden pada kategori tidak bekerja akan lebih sering menggunakan pelayanan Puskesmas "X" di Kabupaten Pematang Siantar 2,538 kali dibandingkan responden pada kelompok kerja. Puskesmas “X” Kabupaten Pematang Siantar merupakan salah satu Puskesmas kualitas pelayanan yang baik. Namun pada tahun 2022, tidak banyak Masyarakat yang memanfaatnkan layanan kesehatan puskesmas. Baik dari upaya kesehatan perorangan (UKP) maupun upaya kesehatan masyarakat (UKM), kemampuan Puskesmas dalam memberikan pelayanan semakin berkurang.Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan pemanfaatan pada Puskesmas “X” Kabupaten Pematang Siantar guna menyukseskan program yang ada pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pematang Siantar. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Accidental Sampling, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden dengan umur 17 sampai lansia (>55) tahun. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai salah satu instrumen penelitian, dan pengolahan serta analisis data univariat dan bivariat digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu, dari total 80 responden yang ber umur 17 samapai lansia (>55) tahun merupakan kelompok responden yang paling sering memanfaatkan layanan kesehatan. Selain itu, sebagian besar responden dengan tingkat pendidikan tinggi (83,75%) tidak menggunakan layanan puskesmas, dan data pekerjaan menunjukkan bahwa responden yang tidak bekerja (74,242%) lebih sering menggunakan layanan kesehatan. Persentase lebih besar dari responden yang melaporkan memiliki asuransi kesehatan, kemudahan akses, dan akses terhadap tenaga medis dilaporkan menggunakan layanan kesehatan. Menurut pandangan tentang penyakit, orang yang menyadari persepsi ini lebih cenderung menggunakan layanan kesehatan. Tidak ada korelasi antara usia, tingkat pendidikan, status pekerjaan, atau penggunaan layanan kesehatan, menurut hubungan antara sifat predisposisi dan konsumsi layanan kesehatan. Terdapat keterkaitan antara ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan dengan pemanfaatannya, sesuai dengan hubungan antara faktor pendukung dengan pemanfaatan layanan kesehatan. Bedasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini Puskesmas “X” pematang Siantar dapat tetap mempertahankan kualitas pelayanannya, mempertahankan tenaga medisnya, dan lebih fokus pada rutinitas kesehatan.
