FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN PASIEN PRE OPERATIF DI RSUD dr. ABDUL AZIZ KOTA SINGKAWANG TAHUN 2023

Abstract

Surgical procedures can cause fear and anxiety because they can threaten the integrity of the body, soul and can cause pain in perioperatives This includes the preoperative phase where the first stage will begin with the arrival of the patient from the patient reception room and surgery. Surgery is a fairly complex and stressful event that can result in physical and mental trauma, many events have a negative impact on patients who will be operated on related to success at the time of surgery, a problem that often occurs when experienced by someone who will undergo surgery is anxiety. To determine the factors related to the anxiety level of preoperative patients at RSUD dr. Abdul Aziz. This research method is descriptive analysis research with a cross-sectional approach. The sample used was 30 respondents with accidental sampling technique. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 25 program with the formula Chi-Square Test (α = 0.05). The characteristics of respondents aged mostly the elderly, namely 23 people (76.7%), the characteristics of respondents of the sex were mostly women, which were as many as 16 people (53.3%), the characteristics of respondents of most elementary school education were as many as 16 people (53.3%), the characteristics of respondents were mostly farmers / laborers, namely 11 people (36.7%). This study showed that knowledge had no significant relationship with the level of anxiety, experience of surgery and informed consent was associated with the level of anxiety, this was shown from the results of the research sample of respondents studied there was no significant relationship between knowledge and anxiety level obtained value p = 0.0443. There was a significant relationship between the experience of surgery and the level of anxiety obtained p value = 0.036. There was a significant relationship between informed consent and anxiety levels obtained p = 0.036. Tindakan pembedahan merupakan peristiwa yang cukup kompleks dan menegangkan yang dapat mengakibatkan trauma fisik dan mental banyak kejadian yang berdampak negatif pada pasien yang akan dioperasi terkait keberhasilan pada saat akan dioperasi masalah yang sering terjadi ketika dialami seseorang yang akan mengalami pembedahan adalah kecemasan. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operatif di RSUD dr. Abdul Aziz. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan potong lintang atau cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS 25 dengan rumus Chi-Square Test (α = 0.05). Karakteristik responden usia sebagian besar lansia yaitu sebanyak 23 orang (76,7%), Karakteristik responden jenis kelamin sebagian besar perempuan yaitu sebanyak 16 orang (53,3%), Karakteristik responden pendidikan sebagian besar SD yaitu sebanyak 16 orang (53,3%), Karakteristik responden pekerjaan sebagian besar petani /buruh yaitu 11 orang (36,7%). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan dengan tingkat kecemasan, pengalaman operasi dan informed consent ada hubungan dengan tingkat kecemasan hal ini ditunjukan dari hasil penelitian sampel responden yang diteliti tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan tingkat kecemasan diperoleh nilai p=0,0443. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengalaman operasi dengan tingkat kecemasan diperoleh nilai p=0,036. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara informed consent dengan tingkat kecemasan diperoleh nilai p=0,036. Dalam penelitian ini tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan tingkat kecemasan, ada hubungan antara pengalaman operasi dengan tingkat kecemasan, ada hubungan antara informed consent dengan tingkat kecemasanKata Kunci : Pembedahan , Pre Operatif, Pengetahuan, Pengalaman Operasi, Informed Consent
