Food security, particularly at the family level, is closely linked to women farmers' effective utilisation of yards. This study emphasises the significance of communication media as valuable sources of information for optimising yard spaces. Various forms of communication media, including forums, electronic, digital, and print media, play a crucial role in this context. The research employs a quantitative approach with qualitative data, adhering to a post-positivistic paradigm. Cluster sampling was used, involving 103 women farmers as the sample group. Quantitative data processing and analysis were performed using the scoring and descriptive methods. The findings reveal that direct communication methods, such as consulting neighbours, family members, fellow farmers within women's groups, and external contacts, are preferred by women farmers. Indirect communication via forums like WhatsApp (WA) meetings also serves as an essential platform for discussions, information exchange, and sharing experiences related to yard utilisation.

Objective: Sustainability of farming is an effort to manage resources to meet economic, social, and aesthetic needs while maintaining cultural integrity and, most importantly, ecological processes that support life. The challenge currently faced by farming in urban Subak is farming on narrow land but with high productivity in meeting the needs of urban communities. This research aims to analyze the key variables for the sustainability of farming in urban Subak. Method: Data was collected through field visits, interviews, and focus group discussions (FGD). MICMAC analysis is used to analyze variables that influence the sustainability of farming in urban Subak. Results and Discussion: The research results show that twelve variables influence the sustainability of farming in urban Subak, which are covered in five dimensions: economic, ecological, social, institutional, and cultural. The variables that are key drivers are land area from the ecological dimension, product types and prices of inputs from the economic dimension, and agricultural ceremonies from the cultural dimension. Research Implications: The variables from these findings are likely to be a view of the future (foresight), that is, the choice of stakeholders in the sustainability of farming in Subak in urban areas in the future. Originality/Value: Previous studies on subak focused on the cultural aspects of subak in Bali in rural areas, while this study focuses on urban subak and not only sees it from the cultural point of view.

Kemajuan teknologi digital yang pesat telah membawa peluang dan tantangan signifikan bagi digitalisasi sektor pertanian. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yang komprehensif, yaitu: 1) mengidentifikasi berbagai kebijakan pemerintah yang mendukung implementasi digitalisasi pertanian, 2) melakukan analisis mendalam terhadap besarnya peluang yang ditawarkan oleh digitalisasi pertanian dengan mempertimbangkan potensi serta hambatan yang ada, dan 3) memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk perkembangan digitalisasi pertanian. Melalui analisis menyeluruh terhadap beragam kebijakan dan inisiatif yang telah ada, tinjauan ini berhasil mengidentifikasi strategi-strategi yang sukses dalam mendorong digitalisasi pertanian. Kolaborasi antara lembaga pemerintah, perusahaan teknologi, dan organisasi pertanian dipandang sebagai kunci dalam memfasilitasi pengembangan serta implementasi solusi-solusi inovatif yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan sektor pertanian. Secara keseluruhan, digitalisasi pertanian memberikan peluang besar untuk mengubah sektor pertanian dan mengatasi tantangan terkait dengan ketahanan pangan, keberlanjutan, serta mata pencaharian petani. Namun, diperlukan pertimbangan yang cermat terhadap kebijakan dan penerapannya agar hasil yang efektif dapat dicapai.
