This article presents the results of an experience of death education (DE) course with bibliodrama in Italian high schools, which focused on emotions and existential themes. The research analyzed the inability to recognize or describe one’s own emotions (alexithymia), fantasy-proneness, and attitudes toward death in two different groups of students: one who took a course on DE (with 113 students) and another who did not participate in it (with 114 students). The use of a mixed method allowed this study to explore the quantitative results that the students indicated in the questionnaire and the qualitative open answers to the final question about how they had profited from this DE course. The results showed that the course had a positive effect, as the DE group significantly decreased alexithymia and negative attitudes toward death, particularly in fear and avoidance of death, making their representation of death less traumatic.

Resumo Objetivamos apresentar uma proposta de atendimento psicossocial grupal oferecida para mulheres adultas que cometeram ofensa sexual, cuidadoras e mães. A experiência está sendo desenvolvida no Distrito Federal, Brasil, com pessoas do gênero feminino provenientes de encaminhamento judicial. Carece que os profissionais das áreas da justiça, saúde, serviço social e psicologia avancem no estudo e na compreensão desta temática, de modo a pensarem a atuação e o apoio terapêutico a essas mulheres. O modo de atendimento é focal e breve, com ênfase na criação de um ambiente lúdico como facilitador das interações grupais e da discussão sobre os temas: identidade; confiança nas relações afetivas e sociais; vivência pessoal com violência física e sexual; configuração de gênero; e expressão da sexualidade e futuro. A abordagem individual também se baseia no enfoque dos temas mencionados. O oferecimento de ajuda à mulher cuidadora ou à mãe tem participação ativa na interrupção do circuito abusivo sexual, pois essa violência é extremamente ocultada, ocasionando uma prolongada vulnerabilidade para as vítimas. Ressalta-se o valor do texto indicando a descrição de ação voltada para uma população permanentemente não estudada e evitada em seu reconhecimento. Os limites desta proposta encontram-se na falta de outras iniciativas que possibilitem uma discussão sobre essa experiência.

Psikodrama sağaltımın yaşandığı bir grup psikoterapi türüdür. Bazan katılımcılar psikodramada çekingen davranmakta kendilerini istedikleri gibi açmada direnç gösterebilmektedirler. Dede Korkut Hikayeleri Türk sözlü edebiyatının en önde gelen eserlerindendir. Hikâyelerde aile, devlet işleri, akrabalık, karşı cinsle ilişkiler gibi çeşitli konularda tavsiyelerde bulunulmaktadır. Bu hikâyelerde geçmiş, günümüz ve geleceğe ilişkin kişisel ve sosyal hayat rahatlıkla incelenebilmektedir. Küçük Prens gibi öyküler psikodramada yer almış ve incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmada Dede Korkut Hikâyelerinin psikodramaya nasıl konu olacağı araştırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada nitel veri toplama ve analiz yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Genel bir psikodrama oturumu ısınma, oyun ve değerlendirme aşamalarından oluşur. Yönetici, sahne, protagonist, yardımcı egolar ise psikodramayı oluşturan ögelerdir. Ayna, eşleme, rol değiştirme, kendi kendine konuşma ise temel tekniklerdir. Dede Korkut Hikâyelerinin psikodramada ele alınması öfke, korku, sevgi, yalnızlık, kıskançlık, guru, utanma gibi duyguların derinden işlenmesine katkıda bulunabilir. Konuyla ilgili deneysel çalışmalara ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır.
