Failure of Risk Assessment After Paracetamol Overdose—A Short Communication

Abstract: Background:The accepted treatment for patients with acetaminophen/paracetamol overdose includes risk assessment based on the Rumack-Matthew (R-M) nomogram. An inaccurate use of the nomogram may result in improper treatment.
