Failed Successive Attempts at Medical Abortion of A 26 Weeks Intrauterine Fetal Death and The Discovery of Rudimentary Horn Pregnancy

Abstract: We report a case of primigravida at 26 weeks of pregnancy with intrauterine fetal death (IUFD) on ultrasound who underwent repeated unsuccessful attempts at medical induction of abortion until exploratory laparotomy with right intact rudimentary horn removal was undertaken with nonviable female fetus .
