Fahr's disease with neuropsychiatric symptoms and intermittent course: a case report

Abstract: Background: Fahr's disease is a rare neurodegenerative disorder with brain calcifications and neuropsychiatric symptoms. It can have variable phenotypic expression and intermittent symptomatology, making diagnosis challenging.
