Abstract: Dogs diagnosed with chronic enteropathy (CE), which includes inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and small-cell lymphoma (SCL), exhibit marked differences in faecal microbiota and organic acid profiles compared with healthy dogs, as well as immune abnormalities in intestinal mucosal tissue.
