“…Our study, which included not only school satisfaction, but also attitudes towards academic achievements, observance of regulations, and relationships with peers and teachers in the evaluation of school adjustment, demonstrated that school life as a whole has important implications for multicultural children's health behaviors. In a previous study of third-to sixth-grade elementary students [28], the entire range of school adjustment criteria-including relationships with teachers and peers, learning activities, school regulations, and school event participation-was related to cell phone overuse, supporting the fact that school adjustment is an important factor that influences health behaviors.
