Factors Predicting Whom to Screen for Coeliac Disease in Patients with Diarrhoea Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome in Developing Countries

Abstract: AIM: Screen all patients with irritable bowel syndromediarrhoea (IBS-D) for coeliac disease (CD) is no cost effective strategy in developing countries.
