Factors of Stability of Regional Economic Systems

This study focuses on the study of factors that affect the economic development of the region in modern conditions. In particular, this paper examines the issues of uneven development of the region's economy and the impact on this procedure of the process of import substitution of agricultural products. At the present stage of the development of the Russian economy, it has become possible to implement deferred projects, since small and medium-sized enterprises have significantly reduced the number of competitors from foreign enterprises. The article is devoted to the problem of uneven development of the region's economy. In this paper, the following indicators were analyzed: the dynamics of agricultural production in the Novosibirsk Region; Analysis of the unreached results of the Novosibirsk Region when using subsidies; Classification of rural areas of the Novosibirsk region by the level of socio-economic development. The analysis showed that in the economic development of the region, it is necessary to take into account the special specifics of its improvement – unevenness.

The article discusses the directions and trends of development: special, special and free economic zones, with the aim of obtaining new opportunities and benefits from investment for the national economy. Their development, currently, is is even more related to: development of new technologies, improvement of high-tech economic spheres, the production of innovative products, the improvement of the quality of transport infrastructure and the recreational and tourism economy sector. The establishment of specific, special, and free economic zones aims to draw investments, diversify the creative economy, foster export growth, and create new employment while also offering the possibility of economic growth and regional collaboration. The directions and trends in the development of special, special, and free economic zones are still significant today as one of the key instruments for economic development within the Eurasian Economic Union and international economic activity of the national economy. Their creation and development provides potential for economic growth, cooperation in the region and is aimed at attracting investment, developing exports and creating new jobs. This article's goal is to examine the development patterns of SEZs, SEZs, and SEZs for the growth of the national economy's foreign economic activity. It also draws conclusions from the data collected and suggests potential routes for the development of these zones.

Principles of Territorial Distribution of TNCS Through Analysis of Economic Indicators at the Global Level

This article aims to identify the main regional distribution trends and changes in the global TNCs 'activity structures. A systematic approach and comparative analysis are used to conduct the research. The addition of additional tools are mathematical statistical, graphical, and cartographic methods. Based on the Fortune Global 500 list for the years 2019 to 2023, this study is based. In the course of writing the article, it was discovered that the main factors that TNCs have today are related to, among others, their turnover and popularity as well as their geographic location, particularly in the "second" and "third" world countries. It is worth noting that Chinese corporations also showed active activity and took leading positions in the TNC ratings. This fact confirms that the total number of Chinese TNCs is larger than US TNCs. It is worth taking into account that TNCs in China and the USA make up more than half of all TNCs according to this list. Digital technologies are the main stimulus for the development of the sectoral economy. The impact of the coronavirus on the activities of TNCs was examined. It has been established that there has been a significant redistribution of positions in the ranking of the world's largest TNCs. A reduction in sales volumes of TNCs has been recorded throughout the world, this was especially reflected in the heavy industry.
