Factors Influencing the Live Birth Rate of Fresh Embryo Transfer in Infertile Women with Endometrial Cavity Fluid: A Case Control Study

Abstract: Background: The pregnancy outcome of infertile patients with endometrial cavity fluid undergoing fresh embryo transfer is controversial.
