Abstract:Background
In 2019, the Chinese State Council issued the "Healthy China Initiative (2019–2030)", in which the section of " Action for the promotion of a Healthy Environment " explicitly calls for the levels of environmental and health literacy (EHL) of the residents to reach more than 15% and 25% in 2022 and 2030, respectively.
