Factors influencing the Effectiveness of Dispute Resolution Council in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa-Pakistan

Abstract: Current study examined the factors affecting the effectiveness of dispute resolution council (DRC) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Reason behind the study was the scarcity of literature on the mentioned subject. To achieve study objectives, data were collected through questionnaire (from 95 DRC beneficiaries) and focus group discussions (20 DRC members).
