Factors influencing LGBTQ+ disclosure decision-making by Canadian health professionals: A qualitative study

Abstract: Disclosure of LGBTQ+ identities at work may reap benefits, but may also exacerbate harms. Faced with ambiguous outcomes, people engage in complex concealment/disclosure decision-making.
