Factors Influencing Job Satisfaction among Forensic Psychiatric Nurses

Abstract: The aim of the study was to identify the influencing factors for job satisfaction among forensic psychiatric nurses. Methods: A descriptive correlational study design was used. Participants were 90 forensic psychiatric nurses from a national forensic psychiatric institution.
