Factors Influencing Compassion Fatigue among Hospice and Palliative Care Unit Nurses

Abstract: Purpose: This descriptive study aimed to explore nursing workplace spirituality, end-oflife care stress, and resilience as factors influencing compassion fatigue among nurses working in hospice and palliative care units.
