Factors Associated with Intern Fatigue

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Prior data suggest that fatigue adversely affects patient safety and resident well-being. ACGME duty hour limitations were intended, in part, to reduce resident fatigue, but the factors that affect intern fatigue are unknown.
