Moreover, multiparous women frequently initiated and maintained BF for a longer time [ 35 ] but also adopted some feeding practices not recommended by current guidelines [ 6 , 10 , 22 ], as we found for early cow’s milk introduction. Maternal health-related characteristics were weakly associated with feeding practices, but the attendance at pre-birth preparation classes and consulting a pediatrician after hospital discharge were related to healthy feeding practices.…”
