Factors Affecting the Policy of Training and Fostering Civil Servants of Khmer Ethnic Minorities in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam

Abstract: The Khmer ethnic minority civil servants in the Mekong Delta have an important role. They are the ones who deploy and implement the state's policies and laws for the people, and they directly manage the society in the region with order, stability, and development.
