The mathematics teachers’ profession often has many challenges. It also occupies important positions at the K-12 education level, in which mathematics knowledge is the basis of all scientific fields. This tends to cause high-stress levels and a negative effect on well-being. Mathematics teachers’ well-being has been less examined, and therefore this study aims to determine the factors affecting mathematics teachers’ well-being and stress levels. The 210 data points collected from Chinese mathematics teachers using a web-based questionnaire were analyzed for reliability and validity, then model fit and SEM were applied for model validation after removing 3 invalid data points and incomplete responses. The results showed that behavioral and cognitive engagements significantly affect teachers’ well-being, while the affective engagement was insignificant. The TPMK was the strongest significant predictor that had a positive impact on improving well-being and reducing stress levels. In addition, the stress level of mathematics teachers was influenced by gender and age. Finally, it was proven that teachers’ well-being significantly reduced stress levels. This study’s implication was to provide information on how to reduce stress levels.

This study intends to evaluate the influence of social advertising, individual factors, and brand image on the buying behavior of Malaysian consumers toward the fashion clothing brands along with mediation of brand image. Using the convenience sampling technique, data was collected from 288 respondents. Questionnaires were self-administered and data was analyzed via Smart PLS-SEM. Social advertising, individual factors, and brand image are significantly related to the buying behavior of Malaysian consumers toward fashion clothing brands. Social advertising and individual factors have also a positive significant relationship with the brand image. Moreover, brand image mediates the relationship between social advertising, individual factors, and buying behavior. This study provides interesting insights about Malaysian consumers by evaluating the influence of social advertising, individual factors, and brand image on their buying behavior toward the fashion clothing brands along with the mediating role of brand image. These useful insights would enable marketers to develop more influential advertising strategies. By assimilating social advertising, individual factors, and brand image literature, the main contribution of this study is the analysis of social advertising, individual factors, and brand image among Malaysian consumers in enhancing the buying behavior toward the fashion clothing brands and building brand image among communities. Precisely, this study has evaluated the influence of some unique characteristics of social advertising (such as informative, entertainment, credibility, ease of use, privacy, and contents), individual factors (such as market maven, stability, open-minded, agreeable, and materialism), and brand image on the buying behavior of Malaysian consumers.

Digitale Medien spielen in allen Lehr- und Lernsettings eine zunehmend bedeutende Rolle – unabhängig davon, ob diese in Präsenz oder als hybride oder digitale Formate gestaltet sind. Fragen in diesem Zusammenhang betreffen pädagogische und didaktische Überlegungen, aber auch bildungspolitische Fragen wie zum Beispiel die Gestaltung von Curricula. Die in diesem Band vertretenen Bildungssektoren – Bildung in Kindheit, Jugend und Familie, allgemeinbildende Schule, Lehrkräfteausbildung, Berufsbildung sowie Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung – fokussieren jeweils spezifische Aspekte aus dem Themenfeld Lehren und Lernen mit digitalen Medien und arbeiten den Forschungsstand hierzu auf. Die fünf Reviews sowie eine Darstellung der methodischen Vorgehensweise bilden den dritten Teil einer Reihe zur Digitalisierung in der Bildung, deren Anliegen es ist, anhand von Critical Reviews aktuelles Forschungswissen zu verschiedenen inhaltlichen Fragestellungen der digitalen Bildung zu synthetisieren und zu strukturieren.
