Factors Affecting Food Selection and New Trends In Consumer Food Behaviour

Abstract: Which products people purchase and consume, how they make their decision is known as the consumers' food choice process. The specs and the features of the products on the package may have an impact on personal food preferences. Other personal factors that affect food choices can be habits or taste preferences.
