Factors Affecting Employees’ Job Performance in Agricultural Development Programme of Northern Nigeria

Abstract: This study examined Agricultural Development Programme (ADP) employees’ personal characteristics and related factors affecting their job performance in Northern Nigeria. A two-stage sampling procedure was used to select 120 employees. Data were obtained using a structured questionnaire.
