Abstract: Identificar factores clínicos asociados a multirresistencia bacteriana en un hospital del Norte de México. Material y métodos: Estudio aleatorizado de casos (n = 75, pacientes con al menos un aislado bacteriano con multirresistencia; MR) y controles (n = 33, con aislado no-MR) durante el periodo 2016 a 2019.
