Factor Planning of an Experiment for Estimating the Optimal Properties of Heat Protective Coatings on Details of a Cylinder-Piston Group of Diesel Engines

Abstract: A technology is proposed for creating heat-protective wear-resistant coatings on the sur-face of CPG parts made of AK12MMgN alloy using galvanoplasma modification of microarc oxidation. For this purpose, a complete three-factor experiment of type 23 was carried out in the form of semi-replicas of coating deposition.
