“…This study informed empirical results on the implementation process of Indonesian 2013 curriculum (K-13) classroom management and problems emerged from the process perceived by teachers as the most important part in the success of teaching and learning process (Michael et al, 2019). Most of the teachers stated in the interview that they have mostly implemented an appropriate classroom management which is in accordance with the K-13 guidance and other theoretical sources (Michael et al, 2019;MoEC, 2012;Oliver & Reschly, 2010) including teaching standards, rules and procedures, classroom condition and situation, and timetable or schedule. However, some of the participants in the interview revealed that seating arrangement was not carried out in line with the curriculum.…”
