“…Recently, MoO 3 has also been studied as a critical dye adsorbent due to its high selectivity, good adsorption capacity, desirable mechanical strength, easy separation, and reusability. [18][19][20][21][22][23][24][25][26][27][28] Since the properties of composite nanomaterials strongly depend on the composition, unique structure, as well as morphologies, it is possible to design and investigate a new adsorbent with the combined properties of MoO 3 and Ndoped-carbon as an MoO 3−x /N-doped-carbon (MoO 3−x /N-C) nanocomposite with high surface area and adsorption capacity along with selectivity towards a particular dye.
