In the area of electric apparatus, Yu et al [14] studied the capacitance capacity of CoO crystallites prepared by means of developing Co 3 O 4 nanoplatelets in the molten salt and Dhage et al [15] discussed the influence of an alkali earth (Ba/Sr) element in small quantities on non-linear electrical properties of SnO 2 ·CoO·Ta 2 O 5 ceramic. In the application of heterogeneous catalysis, EI-Shobaky et al [16] under a reduced pressure and found the catalytic activity of the CoO powders in the oxidation of CO.
