“…Clearly, intense peaks of SnS 2-x are measured at 15.1°, 28.4°, 32.3°, and 50.1° corresponding to crystal (0 0 1) plan, (1 0 0) plan, (1 0 1) plan and (1 1 0) plan, respectively.
