Facets of adaptability in career decision-making

Abstract: We investigated the conceptual similarity and empirical overlap between the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) and the career decision-making adaptability (CDA) indicator, and their contribution to the prediction of (1) decisional difficulty and distress and (2) decision status.
