Abstract:We have proposed a face recognition system with holographic memory and stereovision technology (FARSHAS). In this system, facial three-dimensional data is captured by stereovision technology and then the facial images at a position in front of the virtual camera is reconstructed automatically. Using the corrected facial images, we estimated theoretically the error rate of the facial recognition system.
