Façade Shaping as Local Means Protecting Against Traffic Noise

Abstract: Based on the simulation program, it is possible to modify as hape of ab uilding façade to obtain favourable conditions of acoustical climate. The favourable conditions are searched for in af orm of ar ecess in ab uilding façade creating avertical niche. Observing the recess parameters and the building position in relation to the road, the range of the total positive effect is defined.
