“…One of the most common methods to develop a NP array is by using templates of anodic aluminium oxide (AAO) [17]. After the creation of an AAO template, thin films of CdS/CdTe can be deposited using chemical bath deposition [18,19], thermal evaporation [20], spray pyrolysis [21] or plasma deposition techniques.
