Fabrication of Integrated Lensless Cameras via UV-Imprint Lithography

Abstract: We present a design and construction of a lensless camera where the phase-modulating mask is integrated directly on a sensor using the UV-imprint lithography. Our method delivers a rigid device with a small form-factor.
