“…Herein, the effect of the developed hybrid nanofiller on the viscoelastic properties of epoxy nanocomposites was evaluated using dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and flame retardancy by pyrolysis-combustion flow calorimetry (PCFC). Different from the earlier studies, which primarily addressed the thermomechanical properties and barrier/corrosion protection , of epoxy coating on various metallic substrates, the current study reports an approach to enhance the properties of the epoxy matrix and an insight into the theoretical evaluation of the thermomechanical parameters.
