Abstract:Noble metal nanoparticles are the topic of profound interest on account of their exceptional optical properties contrary to their bulk counterparts. We report here the fabrication of sputter-deposited Au nanoparticles on ITO (Sn doped Indium Oxide) coated glass substrate.
