Abstract: Background: Multiple myeloma (MM) is a malignant disorder of plasma cells in the bone marrow. MM causes the clonal proliferation of terminally differentiated plasma cells and the accumulation of monoclonal plasma cells. The enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2) has been proven to play a significant role in disease development and could act on the signal transducers and activators of the transcription 3 (STAT3) signaling pathway.
