EZH2 Methyltransferase Regulates Neuroinflammation and Neuropathic Pain

Abstract: Recent studies by us and others have shown that enhancer of zeste homolog-2 (EZH2), a histone methyltransferase, in glial cells regulates the genesis of neuropathic pain by modulating the production of proinflammatory cytokines and chemokines.
