According to Vision Indonesia, data on people with eye diseases in Indonesia in 2018-2019 were 3 million people or about 1.5% of the total population. So far, public information or knowledge about the recognition of eye disease disorders is still lacking. The problem in this study is how to educate the public about the introduction of eye diseases based on information on symptoms of the disease and how to apply the web-based Artificial Neural Network (ANN) algorithm for the introduction of eye diseases. The ANN algorithm in the eye disease recognition education system can conclude knowledge even though it does not have certainty and takes it into account sequentially so that the process is faster. In terms of educational content about eye disease recognition, this is a novelty to use. This research aims to create an educational system for introducing eye diseases based on information on symptoms of the disease and applying a web-based Artificial Neural Network (ANN) algorithm for the recognition of eye diseases. The method used is the Artificial Neural Network algorithm method. The work of ANN in the education system for the introduction of eye diseases is to make parameters of eye disease symptoms or indicators that will produce the type of eye disease. The research material used is data on types of eye diseases and symptoms of each type of eye disease. The research results are to create an education system that can help the public recognise eye diseases based on the symptoms of these eye diseases that can be run on a web platform. The Artificial Neural Network (ANN) algorithm can manage input analysis data from disease indicators and show the initial results of eye diseases that can be detected. suffered by someone based on Training Results Weights and Bias v11= 1.6769, v01= 0.4356, w11= -1.5233, w01= 0.3242. Based on white box testing, the test results are free from logical errors. The results of this study indicate that the use of the ANN algorithm for eye disease recognition shows accurate results based on eye disease symptom data.

Background: Hypertension is a degenerative disease that increases mortality and morbidity throughout the world. Among the problems that often affect the treatment of hypertensive patients are the side effects of pharmacological drugs. Among the side effects caused by taking pharmacological drugs are increased blood sugar levels, cholesterol and decreased energy. Purpose: To prove the effect of giving cucumber juice on blood pressure values in hypertension sufferers. Method: Quantitative research using a quasi-experimental method, non-randomized pre-test-post-test design with control group. Data were collected using a digital sphygmomanometer instrument, observation sheet, blood pressure values, and 50ml cucumber. The data analysis used was the Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney non-parametric statistical test Results: This study describes that after seven days of intervention there was a significant reduction in the average systolic and diastolic blood pressure (20.68 ± 8.3) and (9.00 ± 5) with a p-value of 0.001 in systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The control group experienced a non-significant decrease in systolic pressure (0.66 ± 5.5) with a p-value of 0.317 and diastolic pressure (0.00 ± 0.0) with a p-value of 1.000. Conclusion: Giving cucumber juice can reduce blood pressure values for hypertensive patients. Keywords: Blood Pressure Values; Cucumber; Hypertension. Pendahuluan: Hipertensi menjadi kasus degeneratif yang meningkatkan mortalitas dan morbiditas di semua dunia. Diantara persoalan yang kerap memberikan pengaruh pengobatan pasien hipertensi ialah efek samping obat farmakologis Diantara efek samping yang ada disebabkan mengonsumsi obat farmakologi ialah naiknya kadar gula darah, kolesterol, dan penurunan energi. Tujuan: Untuk membuktikan pengaruh pemberian jus mentimun terhadap nilai tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode quasi eksperimental desain non- randomized pre-test-post-test with control group. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen sphygmomanometer digital lembar observasi, nilai tekanan darah, dan mentimun 50ml. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah uji statistik non parametrik Wilcoxon dan Mann Whitney Hasil: Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan sesudah tujuh hari pemberian intervensi terdapat penyusutan rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik yang signifikan (20.68±8.3) dan (9.00±5) dengan p-value 0.001 pada tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik. Kelompok kontrol mengalami penurunan tekanan sistolik yang tidak signifikan (0.66±5.5) dengan p-value 0.317 dan tekanan diastolik (0.00±0.0) dengan nilai p-value 1.000. Simpulan: Pemberian jus mentimun dapat memengaruhi penurunan nilai tekanan darah untuk pasien hipertensi. Kata Kunci: Hipertensi; Mentimun; Nilai Tekanan Darah.

Penjadwalan merupakan proses yang krusial dalam dunia pendidikan, di mana merencanakan aktivitas pada waktu tertentu mempertimbangkan banyak faktor seperti kelas, mata pelajaran, guru, dan waktu pelajaran. Di SD Kreatif Muhammadiyah 2 Bontang, proses penjadwalan mata pelajaran masih dilakukan secara manual. Hal ini mengakibatkan sering terjadi tabrakan jadwal serta penyesuain ulang jadwal yang telah dikeluarkan, hal ini mengakibatkan kurang efektifnya penggunaan waktu serta berdampak pada kualitas pembelajaran yang diterima oleh siswa. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, digunakan algoritma genetika sebagai metode optimasi dalam penyusunan jadwal mata pelajaran. Algoritma genetika merupakan metode yang efektif dalam menyelesaikan masalah kompleks yang sulit diselesaikan oleh metode konvensional, karena kemampuannya dalam menjelajahi ruang pencarian dan menemukan solusi optimal pada kompleksitas parameter. Penelitian ini menguji algoritma genetika melalui lima percobaan dengan skala data berbeda, yaitu 128 kelompok tugas dan 65 kelompok waktu serta 65 kelompok tugas dan 65 kelompok waktu. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma genetika berhasil menghasilkan solusi penjadwalan dengan tingkat nilai fitness rata-rata 0,5 pada skema pertama dan nilai fitness 1 pada pengujian skema kedua. Dengan mempertimbangkan jumlah data yang signifikan dan jumlah generasi terbatas, kriteria yang digunakan terbukti sesuai untuk algoritma genetika dalam menyusun jadwal mata pelajaran dengan skala kecil.
