In order to study the application of the VR sensor image combined with sports games in the treatment of autistic children, this study mainly takes qualitative research as the main research method and uses physical intervention based on sensory integration training to study autistic children aged 6-9. Three children, A, B, and C, are mainly selected in order to promote the improvement of children’s physical function and motor skills and further have a positive impact on behavior and psychology. By analyzing the effects measured before and after the experiment, this paper explores the impact of sports intervention based on sensory integration training on the motor ability of autistic children over the age of 6, as well as its impact on their sensory integration function, daily behavior, and psychological activities, so as to enrich the empirical research on the content, principles, implementation methods, and specific implementation process of sensory integration training, to provide reference and enlightenment for schools, institutions, and children’s parents engaged in educational intervention for autistic children.

Este estudio de revisión está referido a la influencia de la práctica deportiva en la salud de las personas con baja visión, algunos métodos para fomentar el espíritu deportivo y la normalización del nivel de dificultad en algunos deportes, para que se mantengan equivalentes a los parámetros funcionales correspondientes a la categoría de elección, con lo cual se haría posible una mayor equidad durante las prácticas, en correspondencia al nivel de autonomía de cada para atleta. Motivado a detallar los beneficios concretos de la práctica deportiva como método terapéutico para las personas con discapacidad visual, este artículo buscó rescatar variables que documentan la relevancia de la clasificación funcional en el proceso de elección de la clase en la cual los deportistas son agrupados en el periodo de los ciclos de preparación para actuar en sus respectivas modalidades deportivas, las cuales también son sometidas a evaluación de elegibilidad. Así como las referencias encontradas en la literatura científica aclaran la relación entre las variables oftalmológicas, importantes para la clasificación visual, y el desempeño funcional de estos, deportistas dentro de sus respectivas modalidades y cuestiones sobre la relevancia y objetividad en el proceso de clasificación. Se pudo verificar que había variables importantes para la clasificación funcional, empleada en la evaluación oftalmológica, que pueden ser de gran utilidad para monitorear la respuesta y el impacto de ciclos de entrenamiento en deportistas de alto rendimiento elegibles con baja visión, haciendo posible evaluar los aspectos terapéuticos de la práctica deportiva en algunos casos. Para tener una idea más concreta y cuantificar este aspecto terapéutico, es necesario analizar la variación oftalmológica entre y durante los ciclos de entrenamiento, pudiendo así extraerse más datos para calificar y cuantificar la relación de aspectos terapéuticos de la práctica deportiva de alto rendimiento por deportistas con baja visión y las variables utilizadas en exámenes complementarios aplicados en el proceso de clasificación visual.

Objective: To evaluate the characteristics of patients who visited the Polyclinic during the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and analyze geographical and economic correlations with the number of clinic visits. Design: Cross-sectional study. Setting: Polyclinic during the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. Participants: Patients who visited the Polyclinic. Intervention: Data from the electronic medical record system of the Polyclinic were extracted. Main Outcome Measures: The number of visits for each athlete or team official was calculated by country. Relationship between number of visits per patient and total number of team members, total health expenditure per capita, density of medical doctors, life expectancy at birth, and education expenditure per gross domestic product (GDP) were investigated. Independent variables related to medal tables were also investigated. Results: The average number of visits per athlete was 0.67, and it was higher in athletes from non–high-income countries compared with high-income countries for both male and female athletes. Number of visits per athlete was higher in countries with low life expectancy at birth (95% CI, −0.16 to −0.02, P = 0.012) and education expenditure per GDP (95% CI, −0.17 to −0.04, P = 0.003). Conclusions: During the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, the number of visits to the Polyclinic per athlete was higher in countries with low life expectancy at birth and education expenditure per GDP.
