Extrusion of Endodontic Material to the Maxillary Sinus: Avoidable Intercurrence?

Abstract: The objective of this study is to discuss and analyze whether extrusion of endodontic material constitutes avoidable intercurrence, discussing the clinical, ethical and legal implications.
