Extremely severe case of COVID-19 pneumonia recovered despite bad prognostic indicators: a didactic report

Abstract: Introduction: COVID-19 is a highly infectious respiratory disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome - Coronavirus - 2 (SARS-COV2).
