Extremely rare complication of granulomatosis with polyangiitis

Abstract: The systemic vasculitis of the small-medium arteries, arterioles, venules and rarely large arteries that involves respiratory system and kidneys was defined as Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (GPA) disease by Wegener in 1936.
