Extremely Late Recurrence of Ovarian Carcinoma Diagnosed by an Endoscopic Ultrasound-guided Fine-needle Biopsy

Abstract: We herein report a case of recurrence of epithelial ovarian carcinoma 41 years after the primary surgery that was diagnosed by an endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle biopsy (EUS-FNB). The differential diagnosis based on the imaging findings was difficult.
