In the evolving landscape of electromobility, the logistics domain is undergoing significant transformations, reflecting broader changes in both the transport and energy sectors. This study aims to present an exploration of the scientific literature indexed in Scopus dedicated to electromobility logistics and the business ecosystem. The methods used in this article include a classical literature review and a systematic literature review, combined with bibliometric analysis in VOSviewer software (version 1.6.19). These methods allowed for the analysis of keywords and research motifs related directly to the development of electromobility from a business ecosystem perspective. Results of this study indicate that while technological innovations play a significant role, the success of electromobility is also highly dependent on its efficient and collaborative business ecosystem of entities involved in transportation and energy sectors. This ecosystem, defined by mutual value creation and strategic collaboration along with infrastructure and logistics, has the potential to drive economic growth and create new green jobs in the energy and transport sectors. In conclusion, the study underscores the importance of a sustainable and balanced approach, emphasizing both technological advancements and the significance of a robust business ecosystem for the future of the electromobility business ecosystem.

Charging Stations and Electromobility Development: A Cross-Country Comparative Analysis

The Industry 4.0 idea influences the development of both charging stations and electromobility development, due to its emphasis on device communication, cooperation, and proximity. Therefore, in electromobility development, growing attention is paid to chargers’ infrastructure density and automotive electric vehicles’ accessibility. The main goal of this scientific paper was to present the electromobility development represented in the number of charging stations and its infrastructure development calculations. In this study, the sequence of methods was used to indicate and explore the research gap. The first was the Structured Literature Review (SLR) variation method. The second method was the classical tabular comparison of gathered results. The third research method was a cluster analysis based on secondary data with cross-country comparisons of the number of charging stations and electric cars. Therefore, this paper presents a theoretical discussion and practical business implications based on the achieved results of clusters and rankings. The main finding of this paper is that charging stations play a pivotal role in electromobility development in countries with already developed road infrastructure and maritime transportation. The charging stations can support energetic infrastructure, especially in countries with vast geographical distances. The charging stations and electric vehicles statistics presented in ratios and ranks proved similarities in the electromobility development patterns in the analyzed countries. This paper also presents the limitations of the performed study and identifies possible future research avenues.

We propose a new algorithm for the classical averaging problem for distributed wireless sensors networks. This subject has been studied extensively and there are many clever algorithms in the literature. These algorithms are based on the idea of local exchange of information. They behave well in dense networks (e.g., in networks whose connections form a complete graph), but their convergence to the real average is very slow in linear or cyclic graphs. Our solution is different. In order to calculate the average, we first build an approximate histogram of observed data; then, from this histogram, we estimate the average. In our solution, we use the extreme propagation technique and probabilistic counters. It allows us to find the approximation of the average of a set of measurements done by sensor network with arbitrary precision, controlled by two parameters. Our method requires O(D) rounds, where D is the diameter of the network. We study the message complexity of this algorithm and show that it is of order O(log n) for each node, where n is the size of the network.
