Cases of PCENKTL have been reported in the medical literature that they simulated rheumatological pathologies such as systemic lupus erythematosus, panniculitis, cellulitis, soft-tissue infections, inflammatory dermatitis, vasculitis, erythema multiforme, erythema nodosum, calciphylaxis, and among others 6,[8][9][10][11][12][13] .
