Extranasopharyngeal Angiofibroma of the Nasal Septum

Abstract: Angiofibromas (AFs) are benign, potentially local aggressive, and rich vascular neoplasms that originate from posterior lateral wall of the nasopharynx in adolescent males. However, they could be encountered in sites other than nasopharynx. The maxillary sinus is the most common location of extranasopahryngeal AFs.
